1. Return period
   The return periods apply from pick-up date (significantly is the date of the postmark).
   
   
2. refund policy
   The goods acquired in our shop can be returned undamaged within 10 days of receipt and in the original packaging.
   
   
3. No refund
   In the following cases can not be used by the return policy:
   - Original packaging is not available
   - For damaged products
   
   
4. Refund amount
   Basically, the selling price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded.
   Condition: The goods must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Otherwise, no refund will be granted.
